I love European-style yogurt. Thin enough you could almost drink it but not lacking any of the creaminess. An invitation to help bring a Euro-style yogurt brand to life was not something I was going to turn down.
Yodelay is a Swiss yogurt made in Wisconsin. Swiss fruit and methods combined with the milk from the dairy state (sorry California, we were the original...and it's still on our license plate). Delicate lace patterns and taste-provoking colors speak to what amounts to a pretty elegant product. There are seven flavors, including a mind-blowing rhubarb variation.
The formulation of the yogurt is done. The packaging is done. They just need to be married and taken to market. There will be more news about this coming later.
