When Candinas, one of the nation's most highly regarded maker of chocolates, asked if I would like to take on a project during one of their two busy seasons (Christmas and Valentine's Day), I couldn't resist. Creating taste appeal and general awareness during a time when everyone is scrambling for that perfect gift was the assignment. People tend to forget some of the best gifts you can get are the ones you can eat (well, at least that's my feeling on the matter.)
